Now for the first one and this is just a fun Idea.
Its go give a bonus to some equipment and things like that. For example if your character uses a shield then they get +1 End. And things along those lines. Magical staves +1 Int. Dual wield gets +1dex (same with bows) Sword/axe/mace +1str Twohanded -1 dex +2str and so on

Thanks for making the thread Ila! =D
And I mean, that's a cool suggestion; my one concern would just be that it could complicate the system too much. We've struggled to streamline it, and some people still seem to be confused by what's what, so if we are to throw in something like this it would HAVE to be easy for everyone to understand.
Currently, if you have a weapon/item of significance, you can create a perk around it. It's customization like that that's why we allow so many perks at the moment. But I'd be interested to hear if others are also interested in an item/inventory system? Because that's certainly something we could look into.

This would still be quite simple as they are so small changes and the thing with only having three perks is that it feels like a waste to use one for equipment in the current system cloth can give as much armor as a full set of plate.. damn walking around naked does that.. Small edges to things like that are easy to work in to the system. Ofcourse Im also thinking of putting up a more advanced optional use system thats complicated.

If we can sort a proper inventory system it would certainly be doable, but as I said, first I would be interested to hear if other people also want this.
I will say though, in response to the cloth vs plate argument, that that's the whole point of the stats system in the first place. =P If your character is running around in heavy plate armor, then that's where you would be justified to up your Hit Points by a significant margin - or your Endurance. Same with the perks; if you think of it as a "waste" to take a perk that reflects your gear, then, well... Reflecting your character is what the perks are supposed to do in the first place. Anything from gear, training, to power-level. When we decided on allowing up to three perks we thought that would be more than enough to cover all those things.
I'm not saying this to try and argue with you btw. More to try and explain what the initial reasoning behind the system actually was. Because we were fairly convinced that we had more than accounted for gear by letting people modify their own stats and perks. It may well be that this system hasn't been received or used as we intended though, and if that's the case then we will certainly have to address it one way or the other.

One thing that have come to my attention with this system we use now. Is that we seem to be to stat focused. I will give an example here: A gnome fights a tauren. The tauren wields a huge mace and they both got 5 hp. The tauren rolls enough to hit the gnome he have taken one damage stats wise. Lets say that he gets hit across the shoulder then his shoulder would be broken and unusable.
Now to make the point more clear her Stats is a thing we use to guide us. But there is more then just stats in rping out a fight if the size difference is to huge as in the example then your character will take more damage then what the stats say they will get wounded.
Now healing. When you heal someone with the light it does not aid much with bone and when it does it leaves the bone very weak for an amount of time. Very brittle. Light does renew your energy it closes wounds but its not the go to fix for everything. The body of the person can get dependent on the light to heal.
