So far we have yet to establish something in the likes of rules for creating an event that you wish to lead and DM. Creating an event is fun and all, but we GLs and officers would love to know some information beforehand. This can be done through either contacting the GLs or officers and tell us briefly about your event so we know what you're up to and planning, should there be any issues or if you want help we might be able to assist thanks to the information given. Reach us through whisper, in-game mail.
An event planned to be hosted without any GLs or officers knowledge will be questioned and probably blown of, or held of until you the hoster has made sure to update and tell the GLs and officers what you plan to do.

Which faction if any (Yes the Blackgarde does answer to cries for help)

When and where you approximately plan to host this event.
